Returns and Refunds Policy
We genuinely hope you’ll love your sculpture. If for any reason something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Damage in Transit (Purchased and Commissioned Sculptures)
If your sculpture arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and send us photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement for you at no additional cost.
Change of Mind Returns – Purchased Sculptures (UK and International)
If your sculpture doesn’t quite suit your home or garden, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
• The sculpture must be unused or lightly used and in good condition
• It must be returned in its original packaging to help prevent damage in transit
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How to Arrange a Return
Simply email us at charles@tanyarussell.com with your order details, and we will guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your sculpture has been safely returned and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Commissioned Sculptures
As commissioned sculptures are bespoke and created especially for you, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds. We do ensure that you have the ability to review your sculpture in the clay stage and approve it, while we still have the ability to make amendments. And we will remedy defects you identify on the sculpture’s arrival with you if one should have been missed during our quality control process.
